    Expiration date: 5/9/2015

    Friends of Claytor Lake (FOCL), proposes to construct a concrete abutment to be used for loading and unloading equipment used to remove woody and man-made debris during clean up operations. FOCL removes about 250-300 30-cubic yard container loads of woody and man-made debris from the lake annually. The project is locted in Pulaski County, Virginia. Public comment period ends May 9, 2015.

    The applicant proposes to continue construction of the Meadowville Technology Park. This phase of the project, known as Logistic Zones, consists of the construction of building pads, buildings, parking, roads, utility lines and stormwater management facilities.   • NAO-2014-1362/14-V1049 Tree Chop Circle pier

    Expiration date: 4/17/2015

    The applicant proposes to construct a new pier and mechanically dredge approximately 1,283 square feet (135 cubic yards) to a depth not to exceed -4.5 feet mean low water (MLW) for a single residence boat basin that will provide ingress/egress to a previously approved Special Service District channel. Public comment period ends April 18, 2015.

  • NAO-2014-1391 Wormley Creek

    Expiration date: 4/13/2015

    U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown proposes to dredge the existing Wormley Creek Channel to a maximum depth of -10 below feet mean low water, including overdredge, in Yorktown, Virginia. Public comment period ends April 12, 2015.
