    East West-Hallsley, LLC proposes to continue construction of a residential development known as Hallsley. The project site is approximately 56 acres and is located west of the Hallsley residential development, north of Swift Creek, south of Hermon Road, in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The site drains into Swift Creek, a tributary to the Appomattox River, which drains into the James River, a navigable water of the U.S.

  • NAO-2014-0044 Camp Pendleton Danger Zone

    The district engineer has established a new Danger Zone in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean adjacent to Camp Pendleton, in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Effective date is March 30, 2016. This order will remain in effect until changes or formal regulations are developed.
