    Hanover Land Investors, LLC proposes to construct a mixed-use development within the designated high-density suburban area in Hanover County, Va. The project consists of the construction of a commercial development, 48 single family homes, 73 town homes, and associated erosion and sediment control structures, and wil permanently impact 1.46 acres of forested wetlands and temporarily impact 0.06 acre of forested wetlands and 0.18 acre of open water for the construction of roads, sanitary sewer lines, lots, low-impact development features, and a storm water pond. Public comment period ends May 29, 2014.
