    General R.V. Center is proposing to impact 0.9 acre of forested wetlands to construct an RV dealership warehouse, parking, display areas, and erosions and sediment control measures. The project will also impact 0.12 acre of non-jurisdictional wetlands. To mitigate or the proposed impacts, the applicant will purchase 2.04 wetland credits. The project site is approximately 50 acres and is located west of I-95, at the northern terminus of Harley Club Drive, in Hanover County, Virginia. The site drains into Lickinghole Creek, a tributary to the Chickahominy River. The project site is located within an industrial park known as “Northlake.”

    Fallings Spring LLC proposes to modify the Bailey Mitigation Bank MBI to include the Barrs Property. The purpose of the Bank/Bank Site is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to wetlands and streams of the United States in the Chickahominy River Drainage Basin. The Sponsor plans to preserve 6,850 linear feet of the Chickahominy River, 3,355 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to the Chickahominy River, 4,742 linear feet of Collins Run, 2,696 linear feet of a braided channel associated with Collins Run, 203 acres of riparian buffer , and 48 acres of Palustrine Forested Wetlands (PFO) on the Barrs Property. These stream preservation credits are to be paired with stream restoration/enhancement credits from the site approved with the Bailey Mitigation Bank MBI.

    The project is located in the Chickahominy River at the Chickahominy Riverfront Park at 1350 John Tyler Highway in Williamsburg, Virginia. In order to meet an increased demand in potable water in light of State mandated water withdrawal restrictions from the Powhatan Aquifer, James City County proposes to construct an 18 MGD raw water intake, reverse osmosis water treatment plant, utility lines connecting to the existing municipal water supply lines, and associated hyper-salinated water discharge outfall downstream of the intake at the Chickahominy Riverfront Park.

    The project site is approximately 34 acres and is located at the terminus of Harley Club Drive, west of I-95, within an industrial park known as Northlake, in Hanover County, Virginia. The applicant proposes to continue development of an industrial park by developing an industrial lot. The applicant proposes to impact 0.41 acre of forested wetlands for the construction of parking, access road and sanitary sewer. These impacts were previously authorized but not taken prior to the expiration date of the permit. To mitigate for the proposed impacts, the applicant is proposing to purchase 0.82 wetland credit. Cumulative impacts for the development of Northlake are approximately 2.7 acres.

    The applicant proposes to construct a single family residential development and a senior living facility to be known as North Gayton Village in the Short Pump area of west Henrico County. The applicant proposes to permanently impact 1.09 acres of forested wetlands and 0.36 acre of emergent wetlands for the construction of lots, roads, and amenities, and to temporarily impact 0.01 acre of forested wetlands for the construction of a sanitary sewer crossing. The applicant indicated that impacts have been avoided and minimized by preserving wetlands in common area, and by redesigning lot and internal road layouts. To mitigate for the proposed impacts, the applicant has proposed to purchase 2.53 wetland credits for the permanent impacts from the Elk Island Mitigation Bank.
