  • NAO-2021-00695 (Brookdale, Britain, and Tiffany Mitigation Bank, Loudoun County, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/30/2025

    The sponsor, Potomac Mitigation Bank, LLC, proposes the establishment of the Brookdale, Britain, and Tiffany Mitigation Bank to offset non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. All work is to occur in Loudoun County, Virginia.

  • NAO-2025-1948 (I-64 Gap B, New Kent County, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/15/2025

    Shirley Contracting Company proposes to construct additional travel lanes along approximately 8.7 miles of I-64 from MM 215.6 and MM 224.3 in New Kent County Virginia. The widening would take place in the median of I-64 within the existing Right-of-Way (ROW). The proposed project is the last of three segments referred to as ‘The Gap’, as it will adjoin segments of the interstate between two areas that are six lanes or greater.

    The sponsor, Leeds Manor Conservation LLC, proposes the establishment of the Leeds Manor Mitigation Bank to offset non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. All work is to occur in Fauquier County, Virginia.

  • NAO-2018-1574 (Mountain Valley Pipeline - Southgate Amendment Project, Pittsylvania County and Franklin County, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 11/28/2025

    Mountain Valley Pipeline LLC is proposing the construction 31.3 miles of 30-inch diameter natural gas pipeline to transport natural gas from an interconnection point with the Mountain Valley Pipeline in Pittsylvania County, Virginia to an interconnection point with the East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC system (East Tennessee) in Rockingham North Carolina, and then to two new delivery points in Rockingham County, North Carolina. The applicant is also proposing to construct a permittee responsible mitigation site in Franklin County, Virginia.

  • NAO-2025-02389 Public Notice (Virginia Economic Development Authority, Amherst, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/8/2025

    The Virginia Economic Development Authority requests authorization to fill approximately 4,371 linear feet of intermittent and perennial streams, and 8,812 square feet (0.2 acres) of palustrine forested wetland to construct a 1.25 million square foot building lot with attendant stormwater and utility as an industrial site in Amherst County Virginia.
