  • NAO-2016-01943 (Potomac Shores Parkway Extension, Prince William, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 7/19/2024

    Harbor Station Communities, LLC proposes to extend Potomac Shores Parkway west to U.S. Route 1, perform improvements to the intersection of U.S. Route 1 and Route 234 (Dumfries Road), as well as perform improvements to an existing commuter lot in Prince William County, Virginia. The project as proposed will result in impacts to 0.18 acres of palustrine forested wetland, 0.45 acres of palustrine scrub-shrub wetland, 0.03 acres of palustrine emergent wetland, 1,218-linear feet (0.55 acre) of perennial stream, 1,014-linear feet (0.13 acre) of intermittent stream, as well as 39 linear feet (<0.01 acre) of culvert removal. Comments should be received by the close of business on July 19, 2024.

  • NAO-1995-08595 (VARTF RO-12 Vaughan Site, Bedford County, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 8/1/2024

    The Sponsor proposes to design, construct, establish and operate a stream and non-tidal wetland compensatory mitigation project known as Ro-12 Vaughan (Project) in the Roanoke River watershed. The Sponsor proposes to generate approximately 5,420 Unified Stream Methodology (USM) credits and approximately 7 non-tidal wetland credits through the completion of on-site restoration, enhancement, and preservation activities. Comments should be received by the close of business on August 1, 2024.

    River Port LLC for a dredge (maintenance and new) project at their facility at 1201 Terminal Avenue in Newport News, VA. Comments should be received by the close of business on 16 July 2024.

  • NAO-2023-01759 (Lake Anna Tech Campus; Amazon, Louisa County, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 6/27/2024

    Amazon Data Services, Inc. proposes the construction of a data center and associated infrastructure, including parking, internal roads, two substations, and one stormwater pond. The Corps in consultation with the SHPO determined that the proposed federal action will result in an adverse effect on site 44LS0298 and that with the implementation of minimization efforts outlined in the Assessment of Effects for Laurel Hill Baptist Church (dated April 23, 2024) will not adversely affect 054-5530. The Corps is consulting further to develop and evaluate alternatives or modifications to the undertaking that could avoid, minimize, or mitigate adverse effects on historic properties. Comments should be received by the close of business on June 27, 2024.
