  • NAO-2021-02805 (Triple B Mitigation Bank - Ampthill Site, Cumberland, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 1/19/2025

    Clearwater Mitigation III, LLC is proposing a to design, construct, establish, and operate compensatory mitigation bank Site on approximately 54 acres. The Site is another Site added to the Triple B Mitigation Bank and is named the Ampthill Site. All work is to occur in Cumberland County, Virginia. Comments should be received by the close of business on January 19, 2025.
  • Federal Public Notice

    The US Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, announces the implementation of the Environmental Justice (EJ) process for projects that require review under the Individual Permit process.
  • NAO-2008-02071 (Iron Mountain Data Center, Prince Williams, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 1/15/2025

    Iron Mountain Data Center proposes to construct a two-story data center, approximately 165,428 square feet, and associated infrastructure, to expand the existing Iron Mountain Data Center. The project as proposed would impact 0.19 acre of palustrine forested wetlands (PFO) and 280 linear feet of stream channel. Comments should be received by the close of business on January 15, 2025.

  • NAO-2005-04514 ( Foxwell, Westmoreland, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/31/2024

    Tam Maris Foxwell proposes to construct a 420-foot stone revetment which will impact approximately 3,300 square feet of non-vegetated wetlands. The Corps identified historic properties within the Corps permit area. In compliance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the NHPA, the Corps is soliciting comments on the proposed project from the public; federal, state, and local agencies and officials; Native American Tribes; and other interested parties. Comments should be received by the close of business on December 31, 2024.

  • NAO-2024-02953 (I-64 Gap C Widening, James City and York Counties, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 1/13/2025

    VDOT, and their design build consultant, Allan Myers, Inc., are proposing widening along a nine-mile segment of Interstate 64 (I-64). The proposed I-64 widening is between mile markers 224.3 and 233.3 in James City County and York County. This section of I-64 widening is referred to as “I-64 Gap C”. Comments should be received by the close of business on January 13, 2025.
