    Expiration date: 3/22/2026

    The applicant requests authorization to construct a 319-lot single-family residential development known as White Marsh Estates in the City of Suffolk, Virginia. The proposed project would result in permanent impacts to approximately 5.020 acres of non-tidal wetlands associated with residential lots, roadways, utilities, and stormwater management facilities.

  • NAO-2025-02215 (Luckett's Landing Mitigation Bank; Loudoun County, Virginia)

    The sponsor, Davey Mitigation, proposes to establish the Luckett’s Landing Mitigation Bank to offset non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. All work is to occur in Loudoun County, Virginia.

    The sponsor, Clearwater Mitigation VI LLC, proposes to establish the Myrtle Mitigation Bank to offset non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work as described below. All work is to occur in Isle of Wight County and the City of Suffolk, Virginia.

  • NAO-2019-00297 (Catlett Mitigation Bank, Faquier, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 3/19/2026

    The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) issued a public notice on March 13, 2019, following the receipt of a complete application from The Barn Property, LLC, proposing the establishment of the Catlett Mitigation Bank to offset non-tidal wetland and stream impacts authorized as part of future federal and state permits. The applicant has revised their plans based on the comments received during the 2019 public comment period. The Sponsor, The Barn Property, LLC, is now proposing 3,862 linear feet (LF) of stream channel restoration and 2,241 LF of stream enhancement. All streams would be protected on both sides by 100-foot (FT) buffers, including 3,052 credits associated stream buffer restoration/establishment. The Sponsor is also proposing 33.01 acres of wetland creation, 2.38 acres of wetland rehabilitation, and 3.56 acres of upland buffer enhancement. The Sponsor proposes to generate a total of 7,683 Unified Stream Methodology (USM) credits and 35.66 wetland credits upon completion of the activities approved under the mitigation work plan. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public, federal, state, and local agencies and officials, Indian tribes, and other interested parties concerning the work. All work is to occur in Faquier County, Virginia.

  • NAO-2022-02671 (Stafford Technology Center, Stafford, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 3/18/2026

    SI NVA07CAMPUS, LLC requests authorization to construct a Data Center Campus to be known as “Stafford Technology Center” and associated infrastructure. Phase I of the project was previously authorized under the 22-SPGP. The purpose of the overall project is to construct an approximately 4.5 million square foot data center campus comprised of 21 data center buildings and six substations.
