The Piedmont Farms-Eastview site is located on approximately 190 acres of farmland west of State Route 602, east of State Route 601 and south of Walton Fork in Buckingham County, Virginia. The Piedmont Farms-Fulfillment site is located on approximately 1,720 acres of farmed and forested land along State Route 6 adjacent to the town of Esmont in Albemarle County, Virginia.

    Virginia Electric and Power Company proposes to stabilize a portion of the shoreline at the Chesapeake Energy Center located in the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River, at the Chesapeake Energy Center, 2701 Vepco Street in Chesapeake, Virginia. Work is proposed in Priority Area 1 which has been identified as the shoreline area with the most severe erosion and in need of the most urgent repair. Priority Area 1 is approximately 1,050 feet long and the shoreline stabilization project involves fill and riprap in approximately 9,350 square feet (0.21 acres) of tidal wetlands and 11,520 square feet (0.26 acres) of non-tidal wetlands. Public comment period ends November 1, 2013.

    Old Stage Coxendale, LLC is proposing to permanently impact 1.36 acres of Palustrine scrub-shrub wetlands, 0.95 acres of Palustrine open water, and temporarily impact 35 linear feet of intermittent stream channel, to construct an approximately 25 acre industrial building pad, parking lot, utilities, an access road and stormwater management facilities for a proposed truck maintenance facility. Public comment period ends Oct. 11, 2013.

    The applicant proposes to construct a single family unit subdivision that will be connected with the existing Winterberry Subdivision. Project implementation would see the construction of 14 lots with appurtenant roads and servitudes on an 11.16 acre parcel of land. Impacts to forested wetlands would be 0.79 acres.
