    The County of Greensville proposes to construct a new 150 acre reservoir with a 900 million gallon capacity off of Wyatts Mill Road, along with an associated raw water intake on the Nottoway River. The reservoir will service the increased public water demand of Greensville County, the Town of Jarratt, and extend service to the light industrial development located at the Interstate 95 Exit 4 interchange. Secondary uses include potential demand from the development of the MAMaC mega site, as well as an additional prospective industrial client currently investigating locating a facility on the western edge of Greensville County.

    Briba Building Corporation proposes to develop Carrollton Meadows, a 37-acre residential subdivision consisting of 42 parcels. The development activity will result in impacts to 1.59 acres of non-tidal forested wetlands, from road infrastructure and seven lots. The project is located in wetlands that drain to an unnamed tributary to Creer Creek, a tributary, to Chuckatuck Creek, at 15142 Carrollton Boulevard, in Carrollton, Va.

    The bank sponsor proposes to establish, design, construct, and operate a compensatory stream mitigation bank to be known as Frog Bottom Umbrella Mitigation Bank. The bank will be located on approximately 123 acres in Pittsylvania County, Va. The purpose of the mitigation bank is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to streams in the Roanoke Drainage basin. The comment period ends on Jan. 20, 2014.

    The proposed mitigation bank site is located on approximately 18 acres of agricultural land. The site is located approximately 6 miles northwest of Remington in Culpeper, Virginia. The purpose of the mitigation bank is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to streams and other waters of the United States in the Rapidan-Upper Rappahannock Drainage basin.
