Update to the Tidewater and Standard Joint Permit Applications
FEDERAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The Norfolk District announces minor revisions to the Joint Permit Application (JPA) associated with the issuance of the 2023 State Programmatic General Permit for piers, aquaculture, shoreline, dredging, and other activities (23-SPGP-PASDO), effective September 5, 2023.
