    The proposed wetland mitigation bank is located on approximately 52 acres of agricultural land. The site is located south of Route 616, west of Route 674 and directly east of the Warrenton Air Park in Culpeper County, Virginia.The proposed bank site drains to Licking Run which is a tributary of the Potomac River.

The permitee, The City of Virginia Beach / Department of Public Works / c/o Mr. David Jarman is requesting a modification of their permit to allow a 360 LF wide X 20 LF long temporary wharf / bulkhead structure constructed in upland to remain in place. The structure is located on the western side of the Crab Creek Channel within the Lynnhaven River, Virginia beach, Virginia.
