    HHHUnt is proposing to construct a residential development on a 62 acre site located within the West Creek Business Park, in Goochland County, Virginia. Proposed impacts are to 0.35 acre of forested wetlands, 0.13 acre of emergent wetlands and 40 linear feet of stream channel.

    FAM Construction, LLC (Pablo Molla Ruiz) proposes to extend the I-66 corridor approximately 22.5 miles from the interchange of US Route 29 (Lee Highway) in Gainesville, Prince William County, to the I-495 interchange in Fairfax County. The proposal includes impacts to 5.73 acres of wetlands and 8,852 linear feet of stream. The applicant is proposing compensatory mitigation in the form of permitee responsible mitigation at 2 sites (the Keaton and Wancopin sites). The public comment period ends 4 September 2018.

    This is a 30 day / Section 10 & 404 public notice for a proposed transportation project to widen I-64. This 8.2 mile Segment III of the 75 mile corridor to Richmond is a request for an Individual Permit. The permitee, Shirley Contracting Company, LLC / c/o Mr. Charles L. Smith, IV is requesting a proposal to impact 1018 linear feet of stream channel and 3.4 acres of wetland in (HUC) 0208107 – Skimino and Queens Creek watersheds of the James River basin and the Chesapeake Bay sub-basin in James City and York Counties, Virginia.

    This is a proposed Virginia Aquatic Resource Trust Fund (VARTF) mitigation site RO-10 in the Big Otter Watershed and is named the "King" site.
