Impacts will be mitigated for by purchasing 9.4 wetland credits and 723 stream credits.

The majority of the work has already been completed. The applicant proposes additional impacts, which are now beyond the limits of the SPGP. The total impacts for the project include fill in 0.22 acres of forested wetlands and permanent conversion of 1.10 acres of forested wetlands to emergent wetlands. The project is located at NASO Dam Neck Annex in Virginia Beach, Virginia in Redwing Lake and Lake Tecumseh, tributaries to Back Bay.
