    Arcola Limited Partnership proposes the modification of the existing authorized Arcola Center permit to include additional impacts associated with the construction of a data center campus on 134 acres west of the intersection of Evergreen Mills Road (Route 621) and Loudoun County Parkway (Route 606) in Loudoun County, Virginia. Additional permanent impacts of 0.68 acres of palustrine forested (PFO) wetlands and 0.55 acre (2,082 linear feet) of stream channels are planned. Comments are due May 13.

    HHHunt Mosaic LLC proposes to discharge fill material in 3.81 acres of forested wetlands, 78 square feet of scrub-shrub wetlands and 0.13 acres of emergent wetlands to permanently convert 0.1 acres of forested wetlands to emergent wetlands and impact 2,205 linear feet of stream channel for the purpose of constructing Phase II of a residential development known as Mosaic. The project site is about 176 acres and located south of Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, west of Capital One Drive and east of Hockett Road within West Creek Business Park in Goochland County, Virginia.

    Horsepen Run, LLC stated purpose is to provide housing for a growing area in Fairfax County on the 68 acre site known as Foster’s Glen. The project will impact 1.78 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands (PEM), 0.02 acres of palustrine forested wetlands (PFO), 0.49 acres of palustrine open water (POW) and 104 linear feet of stream channel. Temporary impacts associated with this development are 0.36 acre of PEM and 475 linear feet of stream channel for utility lines and the extension of Sunrise Valley Drive conspan bridge. The project is located in Horsepen Run a tributary to the Potomac River, at 13801 Frying Pan Road, Herndon, Virginia. (Parcel 024201001)
