    The City of Alexandria proposes the construction of the Potomac Yard Metrorail station, along the Blue and Yellow lines in the vicinity of Potomac Yard, to include the construction of the station and associated infrastructure in the City of Alexandria, Virginia. Permanent impacts are to 1.01 acres of palustrine forested wetland (PFO) and 0.64 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands (PEM). Temporary impacts are to 1.38 acres of PFO wetland and 1.59 acres of PEM wetland. Comment period ends March 13, 2018.     The project is located in waters associated with the Rockfish River, part of the James River Basin. The bridge maintenance will occur 0.10 mile from the intersection of Route 602 (Howardsville Turnpike) and Route 626 (Cabell Road), Howardsville, Albemarle County, Virginia.

    Expiration date: 2/21/2018

    Dominion Electric and Power Company proposes to perform maintenance dredging within an existing intake channel in the James River at the Surry Nuclear Power Station. The dredged material will be placed at a new upland 54-acre Dredged Material Management Area (DMMA) located approximately 4 miles south of the power station. Comments are due by the close of business on February 21, 2018.

    The project is located on unnamed tributaries to Falling Creek and Nuttree Branch tributaries of the Appomattox River and James River and the Chesapeake Bay at the intersection of 13400 Genito Road and 2601 Genito Place in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The applicant proposes to construct an outdoor adventure water park including cable water skiing, white water rafting, rock climbing and high ropes, a mixed use development including recreational areas, commercial retail, townhomes, multi-family apartments, and an off-ramp from Route 288 onto Genito Road on 120 acres known as Waterford Water Park

    The project is located in the Chickahominy River at the Chickahominy Riverfront Park at 1350 John Tyler Highway in Williamsburg, Virginia. In order to meet an increased demand in potable water in light of State mandated water withdrawal restrictions from the Powhatan Aquifer, James City County proposes to construct an 18 MGD raw water intake, reverse osmosis water treatment plant, utility lines connecting to the existing municipal water supply lines, and associated hyper-salinated water discharge outfall downstream of the intake at the Chickahominy Riverfront Park.
