    The city of Virginia Beach proposes to mechanically dredge 9,583 cubic yards of material to provide navigable access to residents of homes bordering the waterway off Saw Pen Point Trail, Bridgehampton Lane, Witch Point Trail and Schilling Point to the Lynnhaven River's Western Branch. The spoil material will be hauled to the Thalia Creek Transfer Site and trucked to the Whitehurst Dredge Material Management Area off Oceana Boulevard in Virginia Beach for disposal.
