  • NAO-2006-05832 (Creighton Road)

    Expiration date: 4/8/2022

    Henrico County Department of Public Works is proposing to construct a new 1,250 foot segment of Creighton Road between Sandy Lane and Dabbs House Road as well as widening the existing Creighton Road to a four-lane divided roadway with a raised concrete median, turn lanes in select locations and sidewalks to improve motorist and pedestrian safety. Public comments should be received by the close of business on April 8, 2022

  • NAO-1995-08595 (Meadow Creek)

    Expiration date: 4/4/2022

    The Nature Conservancy (Sponsor) proposes to modify the existing Virginia Aquatic Resources Trust Fund MJ-5 Meadow Creek Site (Site) by adding preserved and restored wetland credits to the Site. The project is located along Meadow Creek, in the City of Charlottesville, Virginia.
  • NAO-2005-04124 (Rountrey Subdivision Section 9)

    Expiration date: 4/4/2022

    Rountrey Subdivision Section 9 includes construction of 113 single-family home lots, stormwater management facilities, roads and utilities impacting 3.40 acres of forested wetlands and 170 linear feet of stream channel for the purpose of providing housing in the growing community of Chesterfield County, Virginia. The Permittee Responsible Mitigation site includes construction of 5.72 acres of forested wetlands from existing fields including impacts to 0.15 acres of palustrine emergent wetlands that will be converted into 0.15 acres of palustrine forested wetlands for the purpose of providing compensatory mitigation for Rountrey Subdivision Section 9. Public comments should be received by the close of business on April 4, 2022. 

  • NAO-2007-03620 (Fountainhead compensatory mitigation site)

    Expiration date: 3/16/2022

    The proposed Fountainhead compensatory mitigation site is located on approximately 739 acres of combined regional park and private land. The project is located adjacent to the existing Northern Virginia Stream Restoration Mitigation Bank (Bank), along the Wolf Run stream reach, along unnamed tributaries to the Occoquan and in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Sponsor proposes to modify the existing Bank by adding the Fountainhead preservation area which includes 19,720 linear feet of stream channel and 193.2 acres of riparian buffer.
