    Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is proposing a redevelopment of the Washington Dulles International Airport, resulting in permanent impacts to approximately 2.87 acres of wetlands and 3,643 linear feet of streams (with an additional 2,955 linear feet of culverted/riprapped channel). Work would occur in Loudon and Fairfax Counties, Virginia.

    The proposed Fountainhead compensatory mitigation site is located on approximately 739 acres of combined regional park and private land. The project is located adjacent to the existing Northern Virginia Stream Restoration Mitigation Bank (Bank), along the Wolf Run stream reach, along unnamed tributaries to the Occoquan and in Fairfax County, Virginia. The Sponsor proposes to modify the existing Bank by adding the Fountainhead preservation area which includes 19,720 linear feet of stream channel and 193.2 acres of riparian buffer.

    1521 Dranesville, LLC proposes to construct McMillen Farm residential subdivision and associated infrastructure on 5.7 acres southeast of the intersection of Wiehle Avenue and Dranesville Road (State Route 228) at 1521 Dranesville Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. An adverse effect has been determined for the project, and a Memorandum of Agreement under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act is being developed. Comments are due April 10.
