FEDERAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District, announces the implementation of the Environmental Justice (EJ) process for projects that require review under the Individual Permit process.

Projects that need to be reviewed under the Individual Permit process require issuance of a Public Notice (PN). To expedite issuance of the of the PN, we encourage applicants to include in their application a copy of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Environmental Justice Report available on the EPA website: EJScreen: Environmental Justice Screening and Mapping Tool | US EPA.
