In summary, the project requires an Individual Permit from the Norfolk District Corps of Engineers under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act for the impacts to 1.99 acres of jurisdictional waters (including wetlands) for the construction of a pad site, buildings, parking areas and connecting infrastructure associated with the proposed Project Minecraft development. Public comment period ends Dec. 16, 2016
