    Virginia Regional 1 proposes to construct Phase II of the Virginia Regional Commerce Park, which will include the construction of three warehouse structures totaling 695,550 square feet of building space, two wet retention storm water management ponds, access roads, ingress/egress stubs, parking, and trailer parking/storage space. In addition, the southern portion of the property fronting Pruden Boulevard will be developed with commercial, office and retail facilities, associated access roads and parking. Public comment period ends June 26, 2014.

    Hanover County C/O Joe Vidunas proposes to construct a connector road from the western terminus of Atlee Road to Atlee Station Road. The new road would also have a turn lane to the north that connects to Cool Springs Road. The proposed road would be elevated to pass over the existing CSX Railroad track. Construction would see impacts of 0.48 acre of forested wetland, 286 linear feet of stream channel and temporary impacts to 20 linear feet of stream.

    Corman-Wagman a joint venture proposes to temporarily and permanently impact approximately 2.61 acres of jurisdictional wetlands and waters of the United States consisting of 2.01 acres of permanent impacts, 0.08 acre of permanent conversion impacts, and 0.35 acre of temporary impacts for the widening of the existing four-lanes of Route1 to six lanes, between Telegraph Road (Route 611) and Mount Vernon Memorial Highway (Route 235), in Fairfax County, Virginia. Comment period ends June 5, 2014.
