The applicants stated purpose is to provide construction materials for construction activities.

    The applicant proposes to construct a single family residential development and a senior living facility to be known as North Gayton Village in the Short Pump area of west Henrico County. The applicant proposes to permanently impact 1.09 acres of forested wetlands and 0.36 acre of emergent wetlands for the construction of lots, roads, and amenities, and to temporarily impact 0.01 acre of forested wetlands for the construction of a sanitary sewer crossing. The applicant indicated that impacts have been avoided and minimized by preserving wetlands in common area, and by redesigning lot and internal road layouts. To mitigate for the proposed impacts, the applicant has proposed to purchase 2.53 wetland credits for the permanent impacts from the Elk Island Mitigation Bank.

    HHHunt proposes to construct Phase II (166 acres) of a residential development to be known as River Mill. Phase I of the development (75 acres) was previously authorized under the SPGP and the applicant is seeking reauthorization of Phase I under the individual permit process. The project is approximately 241 acres and is located on the west line of Route 1, south of the Chickahominy River, in Henrico County, Virginia. The project site drains into the Chickahominy River, a tributary to the James River.

    The project site is approximately 23 acres and is generally located south of Route 60, south east of Bottoms Bridge, east of White Oak Road, in Henrico County, Virginia. The project site drains into the Chickahominy River, a tributary to the James River, a navigable water of the U.S. The applicant proposes to conduct mining activities within existing mining area. The applicant proposes to import approximately 370,000 cubic yards of fill material to the site once mining is complete. The fill material will be placed approximately 2-3 feet below the surrounding ground elevation and will be subsequently converted back to open water. These impacts were previously authorized but not taken prior to the expiration date of the permit. The project will temporarily impact approximately 19 acre of open water. No compensatory mitigation is required.
