Regulatory Staff Updates

The Norfolk District Regulatory Office would like to welcome our two newest section chiefs and announce a minor realignment of staff and their territories. 

Ms. Jennifer Frye has been selected as the Chief of the Western Virginia Regulatory Section. She will be stationed at a new field office located in Roanoke, Virginia.

Mr. Tucker Smith has been selected as the Chief of the Northern Virginia Regulatory Section. He will remain at the District Headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia.

Please also note that the Gloucester Field Office no longer has a PO Box. All new project requests should be sent to the District Headquarters Office in Norfolk, preferably through an email to the Regulator of the Day (ROD) at CENAO.REG_ROD@usace.army.mil.
