    Hayden Technologies LLC proposes to construct a new data center facility and associated infrastructure on 58 acres at 20260 Energy Park Drive SE in Loudoun County, Virginia. An MOA is being developed for adverse effects on an historic resource. Comments are due August 3, 2018.

    This is a 15 day / Section 10 only PN for a modification request of an Individual Permit. The permitee, The City of Virginia Beach / Department of Public Works / c/o Mr. David Jarman is requesting a modification of their permit to allow a 360 LF wide X 20 LF long temporary wharf / bulkhead structure constructed in upland to remain in place. The structure is located on the western side of the Crab Creek Channel within the Lynnhaven River, Virginia beach, Virginia.

    The City of Hampton proposes to replace an existing vinyl sheet pile jetty with a stone jetty, and to expand an existing stone jetty at the Salt Ponds Inlet in Hampton, VA. In addition, the City of Hampton proposes to maintenance dredge and expand the existing Salt Ponds Inlet navigation channel between the newly improved jetty structures.

    The proposed stream mitigation site is located on approximately 28 acres of agricultural land. The site is located near Mr. Zion Church Road in Culpeper County, Virginia. The proposed bank site drains to the Hazel River which is a tributary of the Rappahannock River.

    This is a proposed single user mitigation bank. Proposed by Franklin County Dept of economic development. The proposed mitigation site is approximately 143 acres located on an approximately 408 acre parcel that is currently being used for livestock and hay production and unmanaged forestland. The site is located within the Lower Blackwater River watershed in Franklin County, Virginia.
