James River Partnership
The James River Partnership, which consists of the Norfolk District, other federal, state and local agencies and private industry; fosters navigational, economic, and environmental cooperation and stewardship of the James River navigation channel with a goal of unrestricted navigation.
Made up of federal, state and local government agencies, as well as business leaders, and environmental groups;the partnership works together to balance economic needs with environmental stewardship.
