The District Commander has received a modification to the joint permit application for Federal and State permits.

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has issued a Notice of Availability (NOA) for the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for public comment, and has announced the dates and time of virtual public hearings/meetings.

  • Lake Drummond Reservation Temporary Restriction, Dismal Swamp Canal, Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway

    Effective May 11, 2015, the Lake Drummond Reservation on the Dismal Swamp Canal, Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, Chesapeake, Virginia, will have limited public visitation due to construction activities. The reservation will reopen to full capacity later this fall.
