    Microsoft Corporation has proposed to construct a data center to be known as MNZ01 Balls Ford Road Data Center. The 40-acre project site is located on the north line of Balls Ford Road, east of Jacksonville Avenue, in Prince William County, Virginia.

    Nova 1 Owner, LLC proposes to develop Project “Celtics,” a data center campus and associated infrastructure, along the eastern side of Sycolin Road, north of Dulles Greenway (VA-267) in Loudoun County, Virginia, with permanent impacts to 2,588 linear feet of stream channel, 0.54 acre of palustrine forested wetlands (PFO); and, temporary impacts to 79 linear feet of stream channel, which require 1.08 wetland credits and 3,116 stream credits as compensation from an approved mitigation bank serving the project site watershed (Hydrologic Unit Code 02070008).

    The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, received an application to expand an existing, previously permitted technology campus by adding additional data center buildings, a larger substation and a cell tower in Prince William County, Virginia.

    Chesterfield Economic Development Authority proposes to provide a development site for buildings, parking areas, connecting roadways, utilities and stormwater management facilities known as the American Tobacco site on 324 acres. The applicants stated purpose is to construct a large scale data center.
