    This Public Notice announces the preliminary intent of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District (Corps) to accept and expend funds from the Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion Energy Virginia (Dominion) to expedite processing of their Department of the Army (DA) permit applications and subject to certain limitations.
