  • NAO-2025-01458 (Catlett Farm, Fauquier, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 4/2/2026

    Catlett Station II, LLC, proposes to discharge fill material into 0.59 acre of wetlands and 1,711 linear feet of stream channel to construct three warehouse buildings and associated infrastructures. The Corps identified historic properties within the Corps permit area and determined that the proposed federal action would result in an adverse effect on historic properties listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.

  • NAO-2024-02836 (Lake Ridge, Culpeper, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 3/15/2026

    Lake Ridge Development-Buchanan, LLC proposes to construct a residential development consisting of 49 multi-family buildings, 31 single-family homes, roads, utilities, and storm water ponds. The Corps identified historic properties within the Corps permit area and determined that the proposed federal action would result in an adverse effect on historic properties listed or eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.

  • NAO-2024-02957 (Virginia Electric and Power Company, Richmond, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 7/26/2025

    The project includes the replacement of existing aerial crossings of tidal waterways for TL 588 as well as new aerial crossings of tidal waterways for TL 5005. The project proposes to replace the existing TL588 aerial crossing and construct a new TL 5005 aerial crossing of the Dismal Swamp Canal in Chesapeake, Virginia. The project is in the Lower Chesapeake watershed.

  • NAO-2005-04514 ( Foxwell, Westmoreland, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/31/2024

    Tam Maris Foxwell proposes to construct a 420-foot stone revetment which will impact approximately 3,300 square feet of non-vegetated wetlands. The Corps identified historic properties within the Corps permit area. In compliance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the NHPA, the Corps is soliciting comments on the proposed project from the public; federal, state, and local agencies and officials; Native American Tribes; and other interested parties. Comments should be received by the close of business on December 31, 2024.

  • NAO-1988-00021 (SPSA Adverse Effect, Suffolk, Virginia)

    Expiration date: 12/16/2024

    SPSA proposes to expand the existing Regional Landfill into Cells VIII and IX at 1 Bob Foeller Drive in Suffolk, Virginia. The Corps in consultation with the SHPO and the Nansemond Indian Nation determined that the proposed federal action would result in an adverse effect to the Mawinsowa Swamp Traditional Cultural Place. Through the EIS process, the Corps is evaluating alternatives and modifications to the undertaking that could avoid, minimize, or mitigate adverse effects on historic properties. Comments on this adverse effect determination should be received by the close of business on December 16, 2024.
