    Shirly Contracting Company, LLC propses to widen existing Route 7 from four lanes to six lanes for 3.3 miles from Reston Avenue to Colvin Run Road. In addition, the proposed work will include intersection improvements, bridge replacement over Difficult Run, shared use paths, utility relocations, stormwater management and noise attenuation. The work will require relocating 1,600 linear feet of Colvin Run which runs parallel to Route 7.

    FAM Construction, LLC (Pablo Molla Ruiz) proposes to extend the I-66 corridor approximately 22.5 miles from the interchange of US Route 29 (Lee Highway) in Gainesville, Prince William County, to the I-495 interchange in Fairfax County. The proposal includes impacts to 5.73 acres of wetlands and 8,852 linear feet of stream. The applicant is proposing compensatory mitigation in the form of permitee responsible mitigation at 2 sites (the Keaton and Wancopin sites). The public comment period ends 4 September 2018.

    The applicant proposes to relocate the Interstate 95/Route 630 Interchange south of the existing interchange, including two new parallel bridges that will carry Rt. 630 (Courthouse Road) over I-95. An existing park and ride lot will be relocated and a second new lot will be added. The project includes bicycle and pedestrian facilities and stormwater management facilities. Proposed permanent impacts are 0.74 acres wetlands, 2,563 linear feet perennial streams, and 365 linear feet intermittent streams.

    Virginia Electric and Power Company proposes stabilization of an existing slope and associated activities at the Possum Point Power Station located in and along the Potomac River off Possum Point Road in Prince William County, Virginia. Temporary impacts are to 0.34 acre of subaqueous bottom and permanent impacts are to 0.43 acre of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetland, 0.04 acre of palustrine scrub-shrub (PSS) wetland, 0.41 acre of non-vegetated tidal wetland, and 0.49 acre of subaqueous bottom. The project also proposes impacts to 0.74 acre of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) offshore of the project site. Comment period ends June 26, 2017.
