NOTICE OF RELEASE OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MASTER PLAN AT DEFENSE SUPPLY CENTER RICHMOND, VIRGINIA. 

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) announces the release of the draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for implementation of the 2019 Master Plan at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) located in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The Master Plan provides a framework for future development within the four planning districts and supports the DSCR operational environment and mission accomplishment with short-, mid-, and long-term infrastructure improvements. The draft EA evaluates the impacts to the human and natural environment from the proposed action pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the Council of Environmental Quality Regulations for Implementing the Procedural Provisions of NEPA (40 Code of Federal Regulations 1500 – 1508). The DLA requests public comments on the draft EA which is available at: https://www.nao.usace.army.mil/Media/Public-Notices/.
