Revision of the Standard and Tidewater Joint Permit Applications
The Norfolk District Corps of Engineers, Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and the Virginia Marine Resources Commission (VMRC) have issued revised versions of the Standard and Tidewater Joint Permit Applications (JPA) dated April 2017.
The revised JPA fillable PDF documents have been updated on the Norfolk District’s Regulatory webpage located at:
