    Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. proposes to discharge fill material in 4.98 acres of palustrine forested wetlands, 0.23 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands, to otherwise adversely affect 0.91 acre of palustrine forested wetlands by dewatering and fragmenting, and to discharge fill material in 1,383 linear feet (0.14 acre) of ditches with appropriate compensatory mitigation for the purpose of constructing a Wegmans Distribution Center for the purposes of industry and commerce. The project will adversely affect Site 44HN0326, which is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. The site is the remains of an early 19th century residence that was possibly associated with Merry Oaks Tavern.that was possibly associated with Merry Oaks Tavern.

    1521 Dranesville, LLC proposes to construct McMillen Farm residential subdivision and associated infrastructure on 5.7 acres southeast of the intersection of Wiehle Avenue and Dranesville Road (State Route 228) at 1521 Dranesville Road in Fairfax County, Virginia. An adverse effect has been determined for the project, and a Memorandum of Agreement under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act is being developed. Comments are due April 10.

    City of Hampton proposes to construct a new 0.8-mile, four-lane roadway extension of Coliseum Drive from its current terminus at Butler Farm Road (Coliseum Drive Phase A), north to a new intersection with Magruder Boulevard and North Campus Parkway in order to provide a continuous four-lane direct connection between Hampton Roads Center North business park and Coliseum Central activity center in Hampton, VA.

    The city of Virginia Beach proposes to mechanically dredge 9,583 cubic yards of material to provide navigable access to residents of homes bordering the waterway off Saw Pen Point Trail, Bridgehampton Lane, Witch Point Trail and Schilling Point to the Lynnhaven River's Western Branch. The spoil material will be hauled to the Thalia Creek Transfer Site and trucked to the Whitehurst Dredge Material Management Area off Oceana Boulevard in Virginia Beach for disposal.
