    The proposed project would occur on unnamed tributaries to White Run and wetlands adjacent to the tributaries. The proposed project is located in the Rapidan-Upper Rappahannock watershed. The site is located at 221 Luck Stone Road, Ruckersville, Greene County, Virginia. The applicant proposes to place fill into waters of the United States (U.S.) in order to expand the existing Greene Plant crushed stone quarry. Luck Stone proposes to extract the additional mineral reserves located adjacent to and northwest of the existing quarry for the stated purpose of meeting a current demand for aggregates as well as allowing the quarry to operate for the next 100 years without any future impacts to waters of the U.S.

    HHHunt proposes to construct Phase II (166 acres) of a residential development to be known as River Mill. Phase I of the development (75 acres) was previously authorized under the SPGP and the applicant is seeking reauthorization of Phase I under the individual permit process. The project is approximately 241 acres and is located on the west line of Route 1, south of the Chickahominy River, in Henrico County, Virginia. The project site drains into the Chickahominy River, a tributary to the James River.

    The applicant proposes to construct Section IIIB-Phase A of US Highway 121, which overlaps Corridor Q, and will be dual designated as US 460/121. The project involves construction of 2.8 miles of two-lane rural principal arterial highway on new alignment, with truck climbing lanes at some locations, and will cross Poplar Creek with a box culvert over which will be placed excavated material from elsewhere on the project. Proposed permanent impacts are 0.22 acres wetlands, 0.23 acres open water, 3,530 linear feet perennial streams, and 1,160 linear feet intermittent streams.

    The proposed 110-acre Montebello Mitigation Bank is located on a 680-acre tract on Montebello Road in Orange County, VA. The Bank site is located along the headwaters of the Rapidan River and several tributaries to the Rapidan River. The Sponsor plans to reestablish streambanks and enhance the natural, wider riparian corridor to 200-feet in width along 6,078 linear feet of perennial and intermittent tributaries and restoration, enhancement and preservation of 7.27 acres of wetlands within the bank site. The purpose is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to streams and wetland loss in waters of the United States within the Rapidan – Upper Rappahannock HUC 02080103 watershed and a portion of Lower Rappahannock River Basin HUC 02080104.
