    Fort Eustis has requested a permit to transport and discharge dredged material at the Norfolk Ocean Disposal Site (NODS). A Section 103 permit for ocean transport and placement is required in accordance with part 227 of the Marine Protection, Research, and Sanctuaries Act (MPRSA). Expiration April 25, 2014.

    Dominon Virginia Power is proposing to expand the existing Yadkin Substation located at 3015 Yadkin Road in Chesapeake, Virginia to accommodate additional transmission infrastructure and tap into existing overhead transmission lines. It will result in permanent unavoidable impacts to approximately 1.28 acres of palustrine forested (PFO) wetlands, 0.32 acres of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetlands and 2,270 linear feet (LF) of jurisdictional ditch.

    The City of Virginia Beach proposes to establish, design, construct, and operate a compensatory wetland mitigation bank to be known as Pleasure House Point Mitigation Bank. The site is located approximately 0.2 miles south of Shore Drive (US Route 60), and approximately 0.4 miles west of the Lynnhaven Inlet in Virginia Beach, Va. The proposed bank site drains to Pleasure House Creek, a tributary of the Lynnhaven River.
