    PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:  The applicant proposes to construct a 100,000 square foot warehouse, parking lot, utilities as well as extend Harley Club Drive by 300 feet on 7.5 acres.  The applicants stated purpose is to construct a warehouse to meet the need for warehouse space in central Virginia that is not adequate to meet demand.  The project will permanently impact 0.52 acres of palustrine forested wetlands and temporarily impact 0.02 acres of palustrine forested wetlands.

    WATERWAY AND LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED WORK: The proposed compensatory mitigation site is located on approximately 233 acres of private land. The project is located within the limits of the existing Northern Virginia Stream Restoration Mitigation Bank (Bank), along the Glade Branch stream reach and the Snakeden Branch stream reach in Fairfax County, Virginia.
