Project implementation would see the construction of 14 lots with appurtenant roads and servitudes on an 11.16 acre parcel of land. Impacts to forested wetlands would be 0.79 acres.

    Chesterfield Economic Development Authority is proposing to permanently impact 0.69 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands and to temporarily impact 0.31 acre of palustrine emergent wetlands for the construction of a two lane road to provide access from the existing Meadowville Technology Parkway to two industrial sites within the park. One of the two sites is currently under construction. The proposed road will ultimately connect the existing Meadowville Parkway to Enon Church Road.
