RP-22 authorizes the activities within the Virginia portion of Lake Gaston. These activities include construction and other actions on piers, docks, boathouses, bulkheads, riptrap, boat slips, channels, aerial powerlines and utility lines. Comment period ends Oct. 26, 2012.
