    City of Hampton proposes to construct a new 0.8-mile, four-lane roadway extension of Coliseum Drive from its current terminus at Butler Farm Road (Coliseum Drive Phase A), north to a new intersection with Magruder Boulevard and North Campus Parkway in order to provide a continuous four-lane direct connection between Hampton Roads Center North business park and Coliseum Central activity center in Hampton, VA.

The impacts are associated with the construction of an age-restricted residential development with recreational amenities, storm water management ponds, access roads, utilities, and associated infrastructure in Prince William County, Virginia.

    The Virginia Aquatic Resource Trust Fund (VARTF) proposes to establish, design, construct, and operate wetland and stream compensatory mitigation site (TN-12) to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to wetlands and streams within the specified geographic service area. The proposed mitigation site, is approximately 16.7 acres of land within the Tennessee River Basin, Washington County, Virginia. The public comment period ends July 6, 2017.

    The Big Woods Development Company, LLC proposes to construct a mixed-use development, including 238 single family homes, 107 townhomes, 11 cottages, 40,000 square feet of retail space, six stormwater management facilities, club house, and roads on a 100.2-acre site know as “Big Woods”. The purpose of the project is a mixed-use development that will have a positive effect on the economic development in the city of Poquoson, provide more housing choices within the city, and increase the population of school-age children within the city. Comment period ends Nov. 1, 2015.
