Temporary impacts are to 0.34 acre of subaqueous bottom and permanent impacts are to 0.43 acre of palustrine emergent (PEM) wetland, 0.04 acre of palustrine scrub-shrub (PSS) wetland, 0.41 acre of non-vegetated tidal wetland, and 0.49 acre of subaqueous bottom. The project also proposes impacts to 0.74 acre of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) offshore of the project site. Comment period ends June 26, 2017.
