    Loudoun Kline LLC proposes to construct a 45-unit residential subdivision and associated infrastructure on 2.49 acres at 20708 Ashburn Road in Loudoun County, Virginia. An adverse effect on the Ashburn Historic District has been determined for the project and a Memorandum of Agreement under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act is being developed. Comments are due November 24, 2017.
