Wachapreague, Va -- The dredge Richmond works off the coast of Virginia. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is overseeing the contract awarded to Cottrell Contracting Corporation to dredge Wachapreague Channel, a federal navigation channel, to a target depth of 6 feet.
