FORT NORFOLK, Va. -- Bags of baby oysters were donated by Jessica Grell from Seatack Elementary School in Virginia Beach, Va. The Corps and Grell's 4th grade class partnered in 2012 to build an oyster sanctuary reef along the shores of Norfolk District’s property.
