    The project site is approximately 177 acres and is located south west of Route 288, north of Old Hundred in Chesterfield County, Virginia. The project site drains into Tomahawk Creek, a tributary to Swift Creek. The stated purpose of the project is to construct a mix use development, including commercial buildings, multi-family homes, office space, stormwater structures, roads, and utility lines. The proposed project is part of an on-going development known as Tomahawk Creek.
