    The Sponsor proposes to design, construct, establish, and operate Stagecoach Farm Mitigation Bank (Bank). The Sponsor proposes to generate 8,972 stream credits through a combination of restoration, enhancement, and preservation of 18,565 linear feet of streams and through restoring and enhancing 91 acres of riparian buffers. The purpose of the Bank is to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to waters of the U.S. including streams. Public comment should be received by the close of business on January 17, 2024
