    Region 2000 Services Authority is proposing to permanently impact 0.51 acre of palustrine wetlands in order to expand the existing Regional Landfill Livestock Road Facility in Campbell County, Virginia. The approximately 6.4-acre property is located between Phases III and IV within the existing Regional Landfill boundaries. Public comment period ends Dec. 4, 2014.
