    The Sponsor proposes to design, construct, establish and operate a stream and non-tidal wetland compensatory mitigation project known as LJ-17/MJ-14 Sunken Meadow (Project) in the James River watershed. The Sponsor proposes to generate approximately 39, 134 Unified Stream Methodology (USM) credits and approximately 176 non-tidal wetland credits through the completion of on-site restoration, enhancement, and preservation activities

    The Sponsor proposes to design, construct, establish and operate a stream and non-tidal wetland compensatory mitigation project known as CH-20 Howell (Project) in the Chowan River watershed. The Sponsor proposes to generate approximately 3,371 Unified Stream Methodology (USM) credits and approximately 37 non-tidal wetland credits through the completion of on-site restoration, enhancement, and preservation activities. The Sponsor proposes to generate approximately 5,420 Unified Stream Methodology (USM) credits and approximately 7 non-tidal wetland credits through the completion of on-site restoration, enhancement, and preservation activities. Comments should be received by the close of business on August 1, 2024.
