    JK Land Holdings LLC proposes to construct an eleven building data center campus and associated infrastructure on 128.52 acres east of the intersection of John Mosby Highway (Route 50) and Racefield Road in Loudoun County, Virginia. An adverse effect has been determined for the project and a Memorandum of Agreement under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act is being developed. Comments are due March 31, 2019.
