The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District (USACE) and the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) working with the Interagency Review Team (IRT) and the public announce the release of the 2018 MBI Template for use in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This Template replaces and supersedes the February 2010 version of the MBI Template.
